RETURNS, EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Please Contact Us first about any returns or any queries you might have. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and securely packed in a parcel with tracking number sent to us within 30 days of delivery. 

Speclace will gladly accept a return when it is received in original condition and we will replace or exchange your item for another of equal value or process a refund into the account with which you paid. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

To complete your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will need you to send us the tracking number of the parcel you sent with the returned items.

* If a product was received damaged or faulty in any way, we will request a photo of the damaged item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or a refund is rejected: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged with obvious signs of use or misuse, missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, any downloadable products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the item's purchase value will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless an item was shipped to you in error and we have confirmed it is our error. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

 * Please return items in a parcel with tracking and packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. If a parcel is valued at $100 or more, to protect yourself with shipping carriers, it is highly recommended to have insurance.

For returns or exchanges contact us within: 14 days of delivery. You will need to Contact Us first about any returns or exchanges. Ship returns back to us within: 30 days of delivery in original condition and in its original packaging. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for 'Change of mind' for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale, unless it can be shown it is our error.

* On occasion your requested replacement may have sold out by the time your product is posted and we receive it. If your replacement is not available, you will be fully refunded into the account with which you paid. (e.g.Paypal, Credit Card).

If after we have notified you, you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again several days later. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@speclace.com.au

Gifts

*If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email a gift credit code to you.

* If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an item was shipped to you in error and we have confirmed it is our error. If you receive a refund for reasons not due to our error, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For Exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

* If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
